LoSalt @ Charity Aerobathons
This autumn two Rosemary Conley franchisees, Margot Needham and Gill Butcher, each completed charity aerobathons, with some help from LoSalt to bulk up their goodie bags for participants.
Margot raised over £1000 for the Stroke Ward at Bedford Hospital for a stroke CT scanner with a aerobathon/zumbathon. Photos of the event to the right.
"We really appreciated the support we received from LoSalt" said Margot, "and our members were delighted with the LoSalt samples that they found in their goodie bags.
"The LoSalt message was a perfect for the theme of the event - raising money for the local hospital stroke ward and the Stroke Association."
And Gill, Rosemary Conley's 2009 Slimmer of the Year has raised £550, with sponsorship money still to be added, for Diabetes UK from her 70s theme aerobathon in Northampton.
"Thank you to LoSalt for providing the fabulous promotional tubs and literature for my Diabetes UK Aerobathon" said Gill. "Salt is one thing many members find it hard to reduce as many have consumed high salt/high fat diets for some time and have got used to the taste.
"By changing to LoSalt, which still gives them the taste without all the sodium, they can find it easier to keep control of their food, lose weight and still feel they have the salt taste they are used to."
