LoSalt goes Social
October 26th saw the launch of both the official LoSalt Facebook and Twitter pages. This page will be used by LoSalt to interact with both its current loyal consumer base and newer consumers to the brand.
News stories in relation to LoSalt and salt related issues will be posted on the page in order to keep ‘fans' up to date, as well as other points of interest, such as discussion topics, competitions and links to useful websites.
"Not only do we wish to engage with current customers, " says Marketing and Sales Manager Caroline Klinge, "but we also want to reach out to newer, perhaps younger consumers and inform them about the risks of excess salt intake and the benefits of using LoSalt.
"Facebook and Twitter, by their size and popularity, are the best means of doing this."
