Spanish Potatoes

This flavourful and delicious potato side dish is so quick and easy to make

INGREDIENTS

3 Rooster or red skin potatoes
1 tbsp Tomato Puree
1 tsp smoked paprika
Drizzle olive oil
Sprinkle LoSalt
Black pepper


METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 180˚C.
2. Wash and dice the potatoes into 1 inch cubes.
3. Add the tomato puree and smoked paprika and drizzle with a little olive oil.
4. Mix well then add a sprinkle of LoSalt and black pepper.
5. Pop into a roasting tray and bake for 45 mins, turning half way through, until golden and scrumptious.
